This third installation of the “AXYZ” exhibition, designed by Fabien Ficher, is erected vertically over the entire height of the gallery space. It is composed of two reflective panels located on either side of a luminous tube. These horizontal surfaces, facing each other, generate visual openings in the floor and ceiling. Caught between the two reflective surfaces, the tube seems to penetrate the entire exhibition space along the spatiotemporal axis Z. This light source attracts and directs the eye. Depending on the point of view and the distance that the viewer maintains with the work, the illusion of a perspective even goes so far as to resemble an endless bidirectional skylight.
